After taking a class on first-time home buying with Fakri we really wanted him to help us find our first home. His class [is] very informative and he clearly knows the San Diego real estate market very well. We had a very small budget and had many people tell us we should look at condos but we had our hearts set on buying a house with a yard. Fakri was very patient with us as we looked at many houses and made a few unsuccessful bids. After more than 5 months of looking every week we found our lovely home. We had some major issues with a tenant that refused to leave during our escrow and Fakri was with us the whole time making sure that the previous owner took financial responsibility for the tenant and their removal from the property. We can’t imagine navigating this process for the first time without his guidance. His recommendations for our loan officer and housing inspector were excellent and the experience was overwhelmingly positive considering our circumstances. We plan to hire him again in the for any refinancing, purchasing or selling in the future.

I heard about Fakri through a friend of mine who has told me he is easily one of the best real estate agents you’ll find out there. And let me tell you, he wasn’t lying. I closed on my Condo at the beginning of this month. For a good while Fakri helped me look at what seemed to be hundreds of houses, condos, and townhomes. He gave some great expert advice that saved me in quite a few situations as well. The entire process being confusing to a first time buyer like myself, was very well explained to me by Fakri as well. Shortly after my wife and I got married, we decided that we wanted to buy a home. A friend referred Fakri to us. A few weeks later, we invited Fakri to our rented home to discuss buying a home. The meeting went very well, and we felt that he was the agent we wanted to work with. So we signed a six month contract with him to find us a home. From that point on, Fakri was on a mission to find us a home that we would be happy with. Fakri would send us listing every week of home he thought we would be interested in.
