When making an offer, it is a good idea to keep in mind what the seller will think when they see it. You can’t hope to make your offer rejection proof as there are many reasons why a seller can decide they don’t like it. However, you can make it and the path to ultimately purchasing the home a much smoother one by simply asking yourself, “How will this demand go down?” and “Do I really need to ask for this?”
